This tracker contains information about the internal and external request process and status (requested, received, tested etc.) for all facility elements.
Examples of facility elements are:
- Badges for physical access to buildings and rooms;
- Desk, chair, phone, laptop or desktop;
- Connectivity to the Capgemini network, Internet etc.;
